Double Wide

A double wide is considered a manufactured home. Manufactured homes are built to the standards and specifications of the Department of Housing and Urban Development (H.U.D). These homes are built on a steel frame for transportation which is also the permanent support for the home. Manufactured homes usually come in a ranch style and typically have a 3 ' 12 pitch roof. Interior walls in manufactured homes are typically pre-covered vinyl over gypsum panels with baton, however drywall is an option in many manufactured homes. Manufactured homes come with a title however if you put the home on a permanent foundation it will be considered real estate and there for taxed as real estate. 


The Maverick (#17) is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. This manufactured home with standard drywall is 32 x 64, 1,970 sqft. This home has a great layout with a modern kitchen, open dining accommodated with built in storage with under cabinet lighting. The living room in this home is HUGE with 2 back sliding doors that would be great for a back patio or porch!


The Commander (#10) is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. This home is 32 x 66, 2,005 sqft. With this home being a 32 wide instead of a 28 it makes the house feel vary spacious! This home has a living room and Den with a split floor plan for the bedrooms! 


The Allure (#11).This modern farmhouse is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom. 28 x 68, 1,680 manufactured by Colony homes. This is a brand new floor plan debuted at the 2023 Colony Home Show! This is a unique floor plan that features a built in deck as well as a guest sweet at the rear of the home with it's own bathroom and kitchenette. 


The Buckeye (#15) is 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home.

28 x 44,  1,180 SQFT. The open concept and lite flooring in this home makes the living room and kitchen feel huge! With only being being a little over 1000 sqft this floor plan has been very popular! 


The Simplify (#14) This home is 28 x 56, 1,500 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Full dry wall throughout.  Great kitchen with an eat at island that opens into the living room! Dining space with accompanied with a sliding back door.
