Double Wide

Double Wides are manufactured homes and are built on metal frames that they will keep for life. There are multiple different foundation options for a double wide. If you put a double wide on a permanent foundation it then switches over into real estate.

Single Wide

When looking under a manufactured home, there will always be a network of steel framing that supports the home. A single wide would be a great option for someone who wanted to become a home owner at an affordable price.
