Hartzler's Quality Housing, Inc. is a family-owned business whose management and sales staff has decades of combined experience in the modular and manufactured housing industry.

After working for several years at the Skyline manufacturing plant in Sugarcreek, Ohio, Ed and Lonica Hartzler opened the doors to Hartzler’s Quality Housing in 1978, beginning with just one part-time employee.

In January of 2000, Hartzler's Quality Housing moved half a mile up the road to its present location situated alongside Interstate 77. The professionally designed display center showcases 20 homes in various floorplans. Sidewalks lead customers door to door to each home, and prices are conveniently displayed inside each home.

Customers appreciate the relaxed approach to sales Ed has maintained from the beginning: Customers are greeted by our friendly staff as they enter the office, offered a pen and map of the display center, and encouraged to walk through the homes at their own pace.

Upon the customer’s request, our housing consultants will be glad to tour the homes alongside them and answer questions as they look. Otherwise, customers may prefer to stop in the office after their tour. Our housing consultants will sit down to talk with them, providing floorplans and answer questions before they leave.

We are a member of the Ohio Manufactured Homes Association.
