Our Site Operations Manager, Jordan Hartzler, has 17 years experience in the modular and mobile home industry.  Working along with owner Ed Hartzler, Jordan schedules delivery and set up dates and inspects the sites before and during construction. Jordan oversees the day-to-day scheduling of the members of his construction team to see that your home is delivered and completed in a satisfactory and timely manner.

Hartzler's Quality Housing, Inc. will be glad to complete the foundation construction for our customers - whether you need a full basement or a crawl space. We also provide poured-wall basements in addition to the traditional block-wall basements.

We own our delivery trucks and employ our own drivers.  Our set-up crew is one of the best in the business. While weather has been known to occasionally postpone delivery and set up of a home, your home will not be delayed due to scheduling conflicts with an outside transportation company.
